4 days prior

I'll be leaving for Tokyo in 4 days and here's what I'm thinking:

Rachel, you should make an apple pie. 
You should also go buy those hiking shoes at Sports Authority.

I'm not sure I've grasped the concept of nine weeks in a foreign country! 
Tomorrow I'll buy toothpaste and shampoo, and think about packing. 

...and watch So You Think You Can Dance.

    as a little side note, I've 1) kinda sorta ended up in a band here at the STP and 2) I've really, REALLY wanted to play Glory in the Highest lately!!! but it's just not the same...i think the first thing we should do come august is not even say hi but instead play that song =P
